It All Belongs To Me

I'm probably one of the last few people who finally took the time out to watch the new Brandy & Monica collaboration, It All Belongs To Me. I think the song is simple, nice and enjoyable but for some reason it doesn't incite those same hype, youthful feelings I had years ago when they released their first duet, The Boy Is Mine.

However, after watching the video I said..."[*que my fake Nigerian accent*] WHOA MY GOODNESS!"...at the fashion and style ever-present throughout. I think that the two women have each reach a new height in their style game with this one! Does anyone know who was their stylist on the set of the video? Every scene was fashion inspiration: they did no wrong!

My Obsessions: Pleasure P.

So I have this obsession with Pleasure P. He made the right decision in leaving Pretty Ricky and pursuing a solo career. His first solo album, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, debuted in 2009 and was Grammy nominated. Every song, I repeat, every song is phenomenal! I have been patiently waiting for his next album ever since; fingers crossed that it has a 2011 release.  Gotta Have You is my absolute fave!!!

I JUST LOVE HIM!!!!!

Music Alert

I'm probably late with this but there are a few tracks that I have on repeat I thought I'd share with yall.

1. Rihanna - Man Down and California King Bed off of her LOUD album.

2. Keke Wyatt - Who Knew? & Weakest off of her Who Knew? album. Though the album came out a year ago I just caught on to these two tracks and have to say she is totally under appreciated - such a beautiful voice. Peep her style and makeup looks in the Who Knew? Video - Flawless!

3. Keri Hilson - All the Boys, Breaking Point, and Let Me Down off of her No Boys Allowed album. The last track I mentioned is really an interlude at the end of the song Lose Control Ft. Nelly (check the 3:33 mark).

I'm sure you can tell, I'm an R&B head. Hope you enjoy.
