I don't know about y'all but I didn't learn how to apply makeup until the end of my senior year in high school - Shocker, right? Girls these days are master makeup artists by middle school! While I can now easily beat a face, I didn't initially learn out of sheer interest - Prom was swiftly approaching! I searched Google for the perfect look and decided that a smokey eye would set me apart from all the 'basic chicks' at my high school (I kid, I kid, I joke!). Any-who, I learned how to apply my foundation and how to get a simple smokey eye from a makeup artist at the MAC counter. It's been several years - thus I have PERFECTED the basic black smokey eye...and now you will too. Check out my
YouTube tutorial on how to achieve a smokey eye in a matter of minutes. It's the perfect fall back look when you just don't know what to do on a night out. I promise you'll love it!
